The technology
All luminox watches undergo additional manufacturing steps that no other watch company in the world requires. The luminox self-powered illumination system must be installed into each and every watch. It is a costly and time consuming process, and the end result is a High quality night readibility that is not available in common watches!
Tiny borosilicate glass capsuels are imbedded into the hands and markers which are self luminous for 25 years without any power source. These tiny viles are 100 times brighter than conventional watches!
The Military has long recognized the advantages of Micro gas light sources and their use is specified in procurement specification MIL-W-46374F

note on Shipping!
We do not make money on shipping nor do we set prices. We do show the current cost for shipping to get your item to you so you don�t grow old waiting! All of our quoted shipping prices are expedited for both domestic and export as follows.
Domestic shipping is automatically FedEx Express Saver unless other is requested by customer.
$25 for USA Mainland insured!
We will use USPS Priority if you request, such as to a P.O. Box delivery to your registered address on Pay Pal or /E-bay.
Export shipping is only USPS Priority Insured Airmail or in some cases registered.
We have found no safer or more affordable way to ship export and do not use any other system for export.
